The space
The Guest House is warm and modern. Bedroom One has a queen bed and Bedroom Two has two twin beds with a trundle for guests with children. The Bathroom has dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. This is the perfect place for couples or families who love the outdoors.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment.
Other things to note

The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs. We have two dogs that stay outside during the day, they are gentle and used to being around people, but if this makes you uncomfortable in any way, please let me know so that we can secure them during your stay. Tony's Metal Fab shop is at the bottom of the hill behind the apartment and shares a driveway with the cottage. If your stay is during the work week, you may hear sounds from the shop and there may be vehicles going up and down the driveway. We use the garage for storage so there is a possibility we might need to access it during your stay. We will use the garage bay doors for access and will make every attempt to avoid having to do so. Finally, we have a washer and dryer that can be made available for longer term guests. Rentals longer than 7 days will require a weekly housekeeping fee.
